The weather is warming up and the men are coming out of hibernation. Our Xmas-New Year season is already booking up, so don't leave it too late.

·       Camping charges are $25 per person per night, plus a one-off site establishment fee of $20.  We require a minimum 2-night prepayment, with any balance payable in cash on arrival.

·   We provide:  A magical, secluded riverside camping area with a portaloo and heated shower, an open fireplace for shared use (fire restrictions permitting) and a BBQ.  Access to the pool is available between 7 am and 11pm.

·   Bring your own: Tent, towels, bedding, food, water containers, lighting and perhaps a small portagas stove.

·   The riverside camping spot is very beautiful and environmentally sensitive. For everyone's benefit, we keep this area car-free. We are happy to use our small 4WD to help ferry tents & belongings in & out, prior to sunset.  A separate site is available for camper vans within easy access of the driveway.

Poolview  has a queen bed, luxurious combed cotton sheets, ensuite bathroom, MP3 dock and speakers, and sliding doors to a veranda with an outdoor table setting for two and a day bed.

Riverview shares the main bathroom. It has queen bed, luxurious combed cotton sheets, convertible sofa, CD/DVD player, MP3 dock, and panoramic doors to a veranda with an outdoor table setting for two and a day bed.

Premium rates include a cooked gourmet breakfast or self-serve continental breakfast, plus 24-hour self-serve tea, coffee etc.

Special rates include self-serve continental breakfast, plus 24-hour self-serve tea, coffee etc. Add $17 per person for cooked breakfast.
Please note, our pay 4 stay 5 special is not valid on Friday and Saturday nights, peak periods or public holiday weekends.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. A late check-out may be negotiable if no one is staying in your room on the day of your departure.

Minimum stay Like most B&Bs we only take reservations for a minimum of two nights. But if you only have one night to spare, call us the day beforehand and if you are lucky we may have a room free.

Public holiday weekends have 10% surcharge and a 3-night minimum stay.

*Summer season runs from 1 December to 28 February inclusive.  Peak season is Xmas-New Year (23 December to 2 January inclusive) and Easter (21-27 April inclusive).

# Room rates are valid for up to 2 people. Meal rates are per person.

^ Deposits are not refundable but are transferable in the following circumstances:

1/ We are able to relet your room, in which case we will deduct a 15% administration fee.

2/ You use your deposit against a "last minute" booking within 6 months of your original booking. Last minute is defined as booking within 3 days of your proposed date of arrival, and is entirely subject to availability on the date of booking. No discounts can be combined with this offer.
